We are a small team of three that works with local artisans.  Our usual order processing time for in-stock items is 3-5 business days.  However, during Black Friday weekend, we may require more time to process your order due to high demand.  Please note, order processing time does not include shipping time. Once your shipment is processed you will receive an automatically generated email containing your tracking information. At this time it is not possible to view the status of your order while it is in production.


If an item you wish to purchase on our Custom Necklace Builder is marked as 'SOLD OUT' you can still finalize your order, however your 'SOLD OUT' item may not ship until January 2019. We will notify you within the next business day after your order is received to alert you to your estimated ship date, as well as provide any potential alternatives that may be available.

Backorders may occur quicker than we can update our website. We do our best to keep ample inventory of every style, however we do tend to sell through some items completely during the holiday shopping season. If your item is not in stock we will notify you as quickly as possible with options for your order.


We are extending our return/exchange period for the holidays. Plain sterling silver orders purchased between November 22nd - December 24th can be returned or exchanged until January 16th. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on items that are in original, unused quality with proof of purchase and original packaging. You must contact for a return authorization number (RA#). Items sent without an RA# will be denied and returned to sender. Gold and stone orders, as well as gift cards, are final sale. International orders are final sale.


We do not gift wrap or include notes on cards, however all of our items ship in beautiful gift boxes ready to be presented to your loved ones!  

All orders ship with a packing slip, free of pricing information.


Visit the retail store, STORY, in Chelsea to build your necklace at their Custom Necklace Bar. STORY only has plain sterling silver pendants and our thin cable chain in stock; all other components will have to be ordered via our website and will follow our regular processing and shipping procedures. STORY is located at 144 10th Ave @ 19th St.
